商法基礎課程結合我校專業特點，內容上不拘泥于商法學領域，從民法基礎理論入手，重點介紹公司法、合同法、知識產權法等實用內容，重在促使學生對市場經濟環境下的民商事法律關系有準確的理解和分析，為從事相關法律業務打下堅實基礎。
This module focuses on the character of majors in HAUT. Its content is not limited in the scope of the science of commercial law and starts from the basic theory of civil law. Then such practical contents as company law, contract law and intellectual law are introduced emphatically.Its important aim is to make the students understand and analyze civil and commercial legal relationship correctly in the surroundings of market economy and lay the foundation on taking up the legal affairs accordingly.
